Removed interior walls and moved electrical service to a better location. Removed all paint on the exposed ceiling beams, then sanded, stained and finished to reveal the beauty of the natural wood. Renovated and retrofitted the cantilevered decks. We added glass and cable rails on the interior stairway and exterior decks. Remodeled the fireplace with a modern floating hearth.
